When moving your company to East Texas and the Tyler area it is important to work with a real estate agent you can get along with and who doesn’t have that creepy fake smile thing going on. You want to have a real estate agent that is experienced but also makes you feel comfortable. I had this experience with Matthew Marshall. At the time Matthew Marshall worked as a real estate agent for Perry B. Hall but since then it appears he has moved over to a new company. I was not even aware that he was a principle partner now with a new compnay. I am not surprised that he has moved up because of the great experience both me and my brother had while working with him.
