Tyler Texas Real Estate Agencies
In case it may have escaped your notice, Tyler, Texas isn’t exactly what you would call a small town. The real estate market is huge, and as such there is a great need for a great many Tyler, Texas real estate companies and agents. While it is always good to have a choice, sometimes too many choices can be overwhelming. Here are a few tips for selecting one Tyler, Texas real estate company out of the masses.
First, consider the area in which you are interested in living. There are many cities and communities that are considered to be in the Tyler area. While most agents will be more than happy to operate outside of a specified radius, local Tyler, Texas real estate companies will be far more familiar with an area than agents representing companies that are on the other side of Texas.
If you have not made a decision about which part of Tyler you’d like to live in, but you do know you want to live somewhere in Tyler, it may be better to go with one of the bigger Tyler, Texas real estate companies that have multiple locations. They will be familiar with all of the areas that real estate is on the market with an above average knowledge of them. They won’t be quite as intimate with the community details as a very local agent would, but their expertise gives them the resources they need to find out anything you want to know.

Tyler Texas Realty Companies
There are plenty of horror stories floating around out there about people being scammed by their real estate company or pressured into taking some type of action before they weren’t ready to. There are stories about agents who convinced their seller’s to accept a low offer just so that they could get their commission check, as well as buyer’s agents who constantly presented properties to their buyer’s that were way over the established maximum price range.
Well, unfortunately, these things do happen when you deal with unethical or barely qualified Tyler, Texas real estate companies. This isn’t the way it should be and those bad apples really give all real estate companies a bad name. You shouldn’t be wary of partnering with one of the many Tyler, Texas real estate companies, however. You just need to be sure of who it is you are hiring.
You’ll want to look into each company you are considering to find out as much as you can about them. You can search for reviews on the Internet, check to see if there have been any complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and conduct your own in person interview. In your interview, you should ask about the qualifications and performance history of the company. You should also make your expectations and intentions very clear from the beginning so there are no miscommunications further down the road.
If anything about the Tyler, Texas real estate company you are considering strikes you as off, then continue the search. You’ll find the right one with a little searching.

When moving your company to East Texas and the Tyler area it is important to work with a real estate agent you can get along with and who doesn’t have that creepy fake smile thing going on. You want to have a real estate agent that is experienced but also makes you feel comfortable. I had this experience with Matthew Marshall. At the time Matthew Marshall worked as a real estate agent for Perry B. Hall but since then it appears he has moved over to a new company. Finding the right Tyler commercial real estate company allows you to take some of the stress off of the rest of the business relocation process. I was not even aware that he was a principle partner now with a new compnay. I am not surprised that he has moved up because of the great experience both me and my brother had while working with him.
Matthew is one of those agents that stays very busy but he also understands the need to go through the extra effort to look for the details his clients ask for. Some real estate agents will listen to the details you ask for and then when it comes time to delivering they just don’t come through for you. Matthew is not one of these Tyler real estate agents that only appears to deliver on his promises. Matthew Marshall will listen, research and continue to look for the details you require.
When Matthew starts to work for you in finding the right commercial property in Tyler to meet your needs he manages your requirements in with his other clients in a way that each customer gets the treatment they require in the area of, time, in person, on the phone, and in his own time researching what you need. I think everyone has run in to a used car salesman or real estate agent that just seemed to be starring blank with a fake grin and you wondered if they were even listening to what you had to say. I think you will be happy to know that Matthew is not one of these real estate agents and he will actually give you value by using him because he will be able to accomplish what you cannot by filtering through multiple listings in order to find what your looking for. He goes further by finding you the best deal on a commercial real estate building whether you plan to buy the facility or just want to lease it for a a year or more.
His real estate business is called Landbridge Commercial Properties and I think you will be very happy with his work and commercial real estate experience in the Tyler area. If you need more information my brother or I would be happy to explain over the phone some of the things he has done to go above and beyond in helping us out with our Tyler Texas commercial real estate space.
Some of the services Landbridge Commercial Properties Commercial real estate brokerage handles are, the tenant as well as the landlord side of lease transactions, brokering purchases with land, retail, commercial, industrial and investment properties. They represent the buyer or seller for commercial buildings and investment properties. They have designated people that handle land, office, retail, industrial, and multi-family investments. You can contact Matthew Marshall, CCIM at (903) 561-9527.
