Devices to Lose Weight
With any amount of looking-into one would have a basic idea of the supplies necessary for performing your HCG hormone weight loss program. But with a little bit more investigation you would see that there is a longer list of needs than first believed.
Will HCG Shots Harm my body?
One suggested item is the HCG test strip. This helps you to test the levels of HCG in your drop bottle or injection mix. Another item is a Body Fat Monitor and Myo Tape. This is a device that analysis’s your body fat as it sends micro electrical currents through your hands.
As the electrical current goes through your body it displays Bioelectrical Impedance Method (Bi) and the Body Mass Index (BMI). Since muscles, blood vessels, and bones contain water the Bi measures where there is any lack of water which signifies what is fat.
The Myo tape is simply a tape measure that allows you to keep track of any loss of inches on your thigh, mid-section, arms, legs, or neck. Then there is the Food Scale which is important as you follow the regimented HCG diet, especially when weighing your 100 grams protein for lunch and dinner.
Other possible items to help with keeping up on your diet is the George Foreman grill, the Bamboo Steamer which comes in handy with all the steaming to do with your proteins and vegetables, and a Microwave Onion Cooker since sautéing the onions with oil would be prohibited.
With all things considered for the cost of doing the HCG weight loss program, seeing these extra little costs makes you want to really reconsider if this plan is worth the cost.

http://www.tylertxdirectory.com Juniors Taqueria has a plate that comes with six small beef tacos on corn tortillas
Jr’s taqueria is located under not 1 but 2 billboard signs next to Home Plus in Tyler off the loop.
The tacos have beef, onions, cilantro, cheese, and avocado. They are delicious little tacos.
I eat there about once a month when I am over on that part of town. It is right across the highway from Sweet Sue’s.
They also have the old school coke in a bottle and the restaurant is tiny but a nice place to chill for lunch.
The lunches are cheap but very very good. You gotta try this place man!

Juanita’s Mexican Buffet is located on Hwy 110 in Lindale, which is close to Tyler. My friends took me there once for lunch and I thought the food was pretty good. It is buffet style restaurant which I prefer most of the time because you can choose how much you eat and when to stop. The menu selection was good…Spanish rice, fajita meat with onions and bell pepper, chicken fingers, some type of stew, rolls, muffins, salad stuff and peach cobbler for dessert.
Our waitress wasn’t that great but I think she was busy with all the other tables. Like an attentive waitress, she did stop several times at our table to ask if we were OK…but did not take our plates away very quickly. Not a big deal…I still enjoyed my meal and I would do it over again if I had another opportunity. As long as the food is okay and the company great I can overlook some of the other stuff. The restaurant is on the small side and you can tell they probably had some regulars who often like to go have lunch there. We took my 21 month old daughter and of course she draws attention everywhere we go.
People love baby’s for the most part. It makes for a great conversation starter to have a child go out to eat with you, especially if you are shy and have a hard time saying something worth while your children always have something funny or smart to say. Never a dull moment. Juanita’s is a great place for a buffet style mexican restaurant and the price is reasonable. It is not gourmet food…but good reasonable quality and price. For what you pay…this is worth it

Papa Murphy’s Take and Bake Pizza
3868 Hwy 64
Tyler 75704
903 531 9500
We enjoy home-made pizzas so I had to be persuaded to try out Papa Murphy’s. I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome!
Papa Murphy’s isn’t your usual pizza place. It’s a bit like – Hmmm – Subway for pizzas!
First you choose and pay for the size and type of pizza you like and if you want a custom pizza you look at all the toppings and decide which you want. Then you watch while they artistically make your pizza in front of you using lots of fresh ingredients. You can comment as they add the toppings – ‘a little more please’, ‘onions on just half the pizza’ and so on until hey presto, the pizza is finished and ready to take home and cook. We had a pizza that was 1/3 pepperoni and 2/3 crispy bacon and pineapple. They absolutely loaded on the toppings, there was no holding back at this place! I haven’t tried the side dishes but they look good too. There is also a low fat ‘lite’ pizza.
The pizzas are double wrapped and baking instructions are included. I love that you can cook it on the tray it comes on too. The result was delicious.
I have to admit to stopping at Papa Murphy’s most Fridays now (it’s our ‘family night’) and in fact, I have now completed a rewards card – if you buy 6 large pizzas you get one free. Sometimes I call ahead with my order so I don’t have to wait for it to be made and at other times I just like to go in and watch it being done!
Try Papa Murphy’s – there are 3 in Tyler so there’s no excuse!

PS. Papa Murphy has been voted Best Pizza Chain in America for several years.

Today I write to you world with a heavy heart and a tear in my eye. For January 11, 2010 is the final goodbye to a dear friend. This friend has been there for us all in times of hunger, in times of cramping, and in times of A-1 cravings. Whataburger fans across Texas are mourning as the “A-1 thick-n-hearty” burger is being lowered into the ground.
I have great memories of you my friend. Many late, late night cravings during the second trimester of my pregnant life, we stayed up late talking and crying over a sappy movie. You were always there to comfort me. The couple months a year that you were around made my world a little brighter. Well, most of the time, exception being when I found you half eaten and smooshed in an orange and white paper bag under the seat of my car, and my whole car smelt like a new born baby’s soiled pants. I could not look at you for a few weeks. But through it all, my friend, you kept returning into my loving hands. But you are leaving me now; many say you will never again return. My hopes are still high that we will meet again, if not in this life, surely in the next. For you, dear friend, are simply “Heavenly”.
You are no mere Tyler burger. You are like a king among all other fast food peasant burgers. You were a revelation, steak sauce in fast food, who would have thought? Inspiration, pure inspiration. Your double meat patties falls apart in our mouths as we hear the melody of rhythmic trumpets, your cheese playfully dances with our taste buds, the strips of bacon satisfies your unknown “heart attack cravings“, and your onions cooked perfectly to a light brown to ensure pure pleasure, now the sauce, the finishing touch that puts the A-1 in the “A-1 thick-n-hearty” makes you who you are. You are the reason my stomach stayed full and my wallet empty.
We will never forget you. We will try to keep your legacy alive. It is hard to imagine what we will do without you. Well, I guess we could just get a Whataburger cheese burger with bacon and onions and just bring A-1 steak sauce. That might actually work; it would probably be about the same price, maybe cheaper. Well so long my friend.
