Spookzilla is an all out adult Halloween party for those who still like to have a little spooky fun. This is a MIX 93.1 event and will be happening on October 29th at 7:00 p.m. at the Tony Cruz XTC Fitness & Sports location.
This Halloween if your an adult don’t go trick or treating, your an adult, that time has past. Instead do something a little more age appropriate with absolutely no annoyance factor to your neighbors. Mix 93.1 will be hosting this top of the line Halloween party at one of the nicest fitness facilities in town. Below are some of the things that will be happening there on Oct 29th at 7 p.m.

Texas Roadhouse is a steak restaurant in Tyler Texas and is most closely compared to Outback Steakhouse.
At the same time they are very different places. For one you have buckets of peanuts still in the shell to chuck and pop in your mouth.
You can then throw the shells anywhere you like. Be careful not to throw too closely to someones foot as you never know when you may be next to a Texas redneck. The redneck has been known to stomp on yer face if a peanut shell lands on their boot or girlfriend.
The weekends are crazy busy and much busier than Outback Steakhouse. The atmosphere is brighter inside and gives off a Texas ranch style charm.
The waitresses and waiters are all pretty young but almost all seem like seasoned wait staff that have worked in restaurants for years.
When you meet your waitress or waiter they often get right down to business and may not have time for lots of friendly banter which is ok because this means they move quick.
You get loads of rolls with cinammon butter and they always seem quick to notice refills in need.
Most of what’s on the menu is really good. I usually get the Fort Worth T-bone and my wife gets a small filet.
Regarding their vegetables stay away from the green beans. They taste like you’re eating a salty slimy grasshopper but other then that Texas Roadhouse is great!

Dr. Charles Robinson has been reported on several news stations in Tyler as having installed cameras in a house he was renting to peep on a 14 year old girl and a 40 year old woman.
When asked about suspicious behavior in the attic he told the tenant he was changing a light bulb.
The tenant later discovered hidden cameras in the attic. The doctor admitted to some of the alleged complaints against him and is out of jail on bail tonight.
His neighbors describe him as a good Christian man. We will hold off on passing judgement until this goes through a fair court trial but it is a weird wild story involving a dentist and hidden cameras, the stuff nightmares are made of.

According to police scanners potentially 4 churches in the New Harmony Lindale area are victims of arson tonight.

The church burnings bring the total up to 10 or 11 now in Texas. I live close to Dover Baptist church and drove over there to see for myself. The church was badly burning and there were around 5 – 10 fire trucks and some of the congregation and neighbors. I spoke with one of the members of the church and he told me the church was built in 1865. Clear Springs Missionary Baptist church nearby has also been set on fire by these arsonists.
I pass by this church when I’m driving to Dallas or going to Garden Valley golf club. It is so sad that these arsonists are burning down these old church landmarks.

More than a few have been called historical landmarks and I doubt it is coincidence that they are going after these old churches. It could be that they are picking churches a little off the radar to avoid getting caught or they want to burn down something memorable. Either way it is really too bad they are still doing this and I hope they are caught soon.
I would like to encourage churches to invest in a night time surveillance camera system. They can be installed on a detached shed facing the church building and video people walking or driving in to vandalize the building. These systems do not cost that much especially when comparing installing one of these systems compared to the man hours it would take to sleep in a car every night outside your church building. I have seen more than a couple churches who have people sleeping in their cars outside their churches which definitely will work as well. The camera system just seems like a stealthy way of catching them in the act and preventing further arsons.

A few people burned down Tyland Baptist church tonight. This represents the 2nd time this Tyler church has burned down. This time the church was burned down on purpose by a few people according to people living near by.
According to neighbors the people lit the church on fire from outside. The neighbors watched as the church was set on fire and called authorities. The church went up in flames very quickly and at this time it appears to be completely ruined.
The Tyland Baptist church congregation came to see the damage that had been done tonight and the church was still smoking although the flames had been put out by the local Tyler fire department.
According to the psychological profiles that have been developed regarding pyro’s they are usually sick sick people. Usually a pyro freak that burns downs churches may also participate in torturing animals and have other psychological problems. They are usually men around highschool age. Among the other psychological issues according to some sources are sexual identity issues, incest, and violence towards women.
Besides burning things down a pyro will usually have many more evil things going on in their life as has been mentioned. These people need prayer and counseling and a stint in prison. They are becoming more arrogant and obviously have a bit of feeling as if they will never be caught as this is church number 4 or 5 now to be burned in East Texas and the Feds are saying there is an obvious pattern.
The Tyland Baptist congregation will be meeting at a nearby Methodist church this Sunday.
