Yes, politics do play a part. Well, at least when it comes to patent infringement cases, it seems that it has. An interesting report has gone out where it ranks court districts under certain categories in patent litigation.
The eastern court district of Texas has a strong reputation for being the forum of choice for patent infringement cases, yet surprisingly enough it does not rank first in any of the important categories.
The western district of Wisconsin ranks first when it comes how much time it takes to process a litigation cases with a little over six months, yet they are often overlooked as a forum for the infringement cases.
This has given them quite the chip-on-the-shoulder. So the question begs to be asked, what makes the eastern Texas district more appealing? There is a separation between these two states that is more than six Midwest states and that separation is political worldview.
It is safe to say that the majority of Texas leans conservative and the majority of Wisconsin leans liberal. Taking what we know about the two views, we know that conservative Texans are big on property rights, whether it’s physical or intellectual property.
Now, it’s not to say that the people of Wisconsin don’t feel the same, but when it comes to the whole issue of “what is mine, is mine” there ain’t no place like Texas.
And when it comes to plaintiffs picking there “forum” of choice, the one category that overrules them all is the amount of victories in a district. And where East Texas ranks 7th with a 40 percent win rate, Western Wisconsin ranks 28th with a 24 percent win rate.
There are many factors that can play into why there is such a gap in percentage, but you can bet that part of it is the difference in political views.

Dental implant surgery sounds great but there are significant risks. If successful you will have a permanent new tooth to fill the missing gap in your smile. If things do not go smoothly you deal with nasty jaw bone infections and worse.
It is important to read all the risks associated with dental implant surgery before proceeding. If you have strong bones and are still somewhat young you are an optimal candidate. You do not want to do this in my opinion if you are getting up there in age as you want the body to heal after surgery quickly.
Dentist Tyler TX
In East TX there are a few different dentists that do dental implant surgery in Tyler TX. Keep in mind that things like the implant pins that implant in the jaw bone can be priced by the dentist. You want to make sure they are not putting the equivalent of the dollar store brand tooth in your mouth.
You do not want to risk having to go back for another dental surgery because it was determined later that there are problems with the inferior dental implant your dentist used. Shop around and ask probing questions to your Tyler Texas dental implant surgeon about the concerns raised in this article.

Hollywood Theater Tyler Texas
Every time I drive by Hollywood I am always surprised that there are cars there. Honestly, I am shocked that they are still in business. The theater used to be the popular place to go see a movie. Maybe that is because at one time it was the only theater. I remember the first time I walked into Hollywood theater as a young child. I was blown away by the large screen in the lobby and the colorful carpet. The screens used to be the largest I had seen. And the quality of film was great. Sadly nothing has changed.
As all the other theaters have changed to using digital projectors, Hollywood Theaters still uses the old film. The movies get sent to the theater in about five different reels of film. The projectionist puts the film together into one really large reel by using a strong tape. This process can be pretty easy but it is also easy to make a mistake. If you ever have been to the theater and all of a sudden the film turns upside down, whoever had put together the film, taped the reels wrong and did not match up the pictures on the reels. Also you may have been to the theater and the film jumps and all a sudden you can only see the top part of the movie because it is not centered, this is a very common mistake that is made. In-between reels the projectionist left a small gap. Even the smallest mistake in taping can make the movie messed up. But it is not very hard to correct these mistakes, it is just time consuming. When using digital movies these annoying mistakes do not happen and it makes the movie so much more enjoyable. Digital movies are so clear and you do not have to worry about complaining to a manager that your movie screen is just white.
One of the first things that you do when you walk into the theater is spend twenty dollars on popcorn, drinks, and candy. If you are spending so much money on snacks you want to get the best for your money. At one point the theater’s snack counter had the customer scoop the butter for your popcorn with a giant spoon out of an open hot container. This is in no way clean or sanitary.
Although there are a lot of issues at Hollywood Theater, my biggest issue is the nasty seats. The last time I had thought about going there I was about to bring trash bags to sit on. Usually the lights are really dim so that you can not see what you are about to sit in. The seats look like they are covered in a black tar. Every time I have gone to see a movie here I feel like I have to go home and take a shower and I can not enjoy the movie. The only thing that the employees do between show times is throw trash away and sometimes do a quick sweep. The floor is always sticky and the whole place has a weird smell.
At Hollywood Theater you can not enjoy your movie. You are paying all this money to feel frustrated and grossed out. Hollywood needs to get their chairs cleaned and their employees need to learn how to mop the floor. I may one day return to the theater if they start showing movies using digital projectors, and when they learn how to clean, but for now I will stick to going to the other two theaters in Tyler.

Tyler Good Will is located on Loop 323 past Mercado’s on the other side of the street. This is one of their locations. I know they have another store located on Locust Street close to down town Tyler. I am sure we are all pretty familiar with Good Will and the other type of thrift stores around Tyler Texas. I know that there are many people including myself that consider Good Will a blessing.
Good Will charity works mostly by donations, this is how they get their stuff and they in turn sell it to the people for way less than other stores. This Tyler charity should sell these things for less because they are second hand things that people no longer want or need and want to help other people in some way or another. Good Will gives you a receipt that you can write off because you donated your belongings to them.
I truly enjoy going there because you can find some good stuff there. You have to spend time searching for things that you are looking for and that could be time consuming for some people. Most people go there and get frustrated because they spend all this time and find nothing. These people give up on places like Good Will and other stores like it because of lack of patience and the itch for digging for buried treasure.
The trick to this kind of shopping is to go back again and again and actually go through all their items instead of just quickly going threw some racks. They have clothes from all shapes and sizes and from different places. If you look closely you can find some very well known brands like, Hollister, Ambercrombie, Gap, Mossimo and others just to name a few.
I don’t always find name brand stuff but I always end up finding some really nice stuff. They also have shoes there. I can’t even remember how many times I have paid $1 dollar for a nice pair of shoes that were in excellent condition if not new. This winter I needed some new boots so I said a prayer and asked God to help me find a pair I could afford and Good Will was the place where I found them. I paid $ 7 dollars for a pair of black boots and I like them. I would say that it was worth a trip there.
I often also find stuff for my baby girl there. They have a pretty cute selection of children’s clothes and the good part about it is that I can still fit in some of them. They have books, pictures, furniture, house hold items, purses, and belts. I bet you could find almost anything there. And when the money is tight Good Will ends up being a good place to go if you don’t mind to shop at places like that. I know the Good Will charity has gotten a little more expensive here lately for a second hand store but for the most part I think its still worth it.

Good Place To Find Quality Children’s Clothes
Aren’t Kid’s Cute is a fun place to visit for re-sale kids clothes, toys and baby items located in Lindale just a short distance from Tyler Texas. The shop itself has a cute antiquey atmosphere with lots of little rooms packed with clothes and toys. The items for sale on the other hand, are anything but antique – they only sell items in the best condition and from reliable brands.
Aren’t Kids Cute is a thriving business because the things for sale are in nearly new condition and the prices are attractive. As a customer – you get a really good deal. For the consigner – you get 50% of the price sold and everything is done for you – the presentation and pricing, marketing, selling etc.
It is fun to go and browse at Aren’t Kids Cute – for kids and parents alike. Shoes and boots are a particularly good find, and sports and ballet shoes are always in stock which is great when your kid’s feet start growing in the middle of the soccer season! It’s also a good place to find Halloween outfits, swimsuits and seasonal clothes. There are maternity items and baby equipment too -even large items like strollers, cribs and high chairs.
I love this store. It allows me to buy from Gap and Ralph Loren and to indulge in buying novelty Tshirts and things that aren’t necessarily practical but that my children will love. My 7 year old likes coming with me because he loves that he can afford to buy toys and DVDs with his own small allowance. Oh and I forgot to mention, there is a basket of play things to occupy your kids while you shop in peace.
