If you are tying to find a place quick to relocate to in Tyler Texas I feel your pain especially if you are on a time crunch and are out of town.
Let me say first that I am not getting paid to recommend The Establishment Apartments but have been so pleased with this place that I can’t help but write something good about them.
I have probably lived in about 5 different apartment complexes in my lifetime and my family members have lived in a few themselves.
Like most people you have probably heard a fair share of complaints regarding ho apartment complexes have treated people you know.
Sometimes the problem is with rude management and other times it is really bad maintenance workers.
At The Establishment apartments in Tyler you get extremely professional highly competent management and sales staff.
The apartment complex caters to the family and elderly type s it will not be a party college student atmosphere.
The staff are very good about judging who they acept to move into their apartment facility and this proved to be one of the biggest benefits to moving in to these apartments.
Another positive to this apartment complex in Tyler Texas is the spacious rooms and the price.
The price is a little bit higher than some of the comparable apartments in the same area but the people living there, the pest control, staff, and swimming pool area are far better then what you get at the other apartment facilities.
We have recommended some friends to The Establishment since we lived there and they moved into their duplex and have experienced similar positives related to their home and the management that they did not have at competing places in the Tyler area.
I give a 5 star thumbs up to The Establishment apartments and recommend those who need a place fast that are relocating outside of Tyler TX to pick the place that will leave you with no regrets later on.
P.S. The Establishment is in the heart city center of Tyler Texas where just about everything popular people visit in this city seems to surround this complex. The convenience alone makes this place the best choice at the right price but having all the other positives puts this place in the Tyler apartments hall of fame
Unions Protest Budget Cuts in Madison WI
February 17th, 2011Protests, signs, angry screams, chants and threats of violence; are continuing today. And no I’m not talking about the mid- east, I’m referring to that workers paradise that is Madison, Wisconsin. I hate protests. I don’t even like protesting for things I support. One never goes home from a demonstration with a sense of accomplishment. I vote so I don’t have to demonstrate. The protesters in Madison are proving the old adage that no good deed goes unpunished. The states and feds have been caving to unions like the National Educators Association (NEA) for so long, that their members now have way overblown senses of entitlement. In the face of a dire financial crises, the Wisconsin voters chose a governor on the basis that he would takes steps to cut the state budget. Various unions (particularly the teachers union) are now objecting to the state’s re-budgeting on the basis that it cuts too deeply into their benefits, even though private sector benefits and pensions are experiencing even greater hits.
While the state of Wisconsin is doing what it can to protect existing jobs, the money to keep all those benefits going out simply doesn’t exist! One union rep spoke nebulously this morning about upper class citizens (who he claimed contribute nothing), paying their fair share. When questioned by the host conducting the interview as to who these tax free wealthy were, he was of course unable to produce any names or numbers. It didn’t stop him from stumbling on with his rant however. Personally I’m sick to death of the same old class warfare. We as a society have got to stop giving into the loud and obnoxious minority that makes demands on the rest of us. The fact is the Wisconsin electorate chose a government that would work to bring the state’s financial house in order. It is a comparatively small group demanding that the wishes of the majority be ignored on the basis of its own sense of entitlement.
I’m sure the Wisconsin demonstrations will not be the last. As the economy continues to suffer, more and more states are going to be forced to reduce costs, this is going to mean jobs and benefits lost. But we cannot allow ourselves to be intimidated by union terrorism. If the question is between whether or not the NEA gets paid or my son eats, guess what… He’s going back for seconds!
