Last year we had some arsonists in Tyler who burned down some churches. Just a few days ago however a Gothic looking girl from what I can make out in the mug shot climbed over the secure wall fence area of the Tyler police department squad car area and doused a police car in fuel and lit it on fire.
It is a bizarre story indeed but at this time we must say that these are only alleged indictments against this young lady. This girl does seem to look a little mischievous with the died black hair, heavy eyeliner, and is also from the Lindale area as were those church fire arsonsist from last year (not saying she had anything to do with that).
We hope Payton Herrington was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time so as not to further tarnish the reputation of Lindale Texas. Since Payton was inside the secured fenced in area and the fuel canister can be traced back to her it seems to look like she was caught red handed.
I think she really dressed up for the part in torching a police car as she has a nice red Christmas looking dress on for the occassion and some heavy eye liner. If your going to do some pranks in Tyler Texas setting a police car on fire is not one I would recommend. Also taking down stop signs at intersections and throwing manicans over highway overpasses would be a big no no.
And for those who thought at first glance that this was the Leave Britney alone girl in Tyler I can see why you might think this. They do look a little bit alike.

whoever wrote this needs to shut up. she is my friend and she did not "tarnish" the reputation of lindale. lindale already had a tarnished reputation. and she had NO PART in the church burnings. and how does black hair make you look mischievous? whoever wrote this is an idiot that needs to keep there mouth shut unless they know the whole story.

Okay so let me be the first one to say how much assumptions can be completely wrong. So saying things like ''goth'' and ''dressed the part" is about as wrong as calling a black person a nigger.. Secondly the fact that you can connect arsonists from the church burnings a year ago seriously why dont we hate the Germans for the holocaust.. Thats ridiculous that you would even accuse her. Another one I love seeing is she apparently has a record which if you really look into it is not nothing more than stupid little run ins. And Chris Crocker really..? You know I would say this is below the belt but we are way past that now arnt we. Youre a fuckin dick who ever wrote this.. And the fact that some one actually took this and posted it shows that there is infact some one stupider than you. This is someones CHILD! Have you no heart for how they might feel. We didn't say that she participated in the church burnings we just pointed out the obvious of her having been from Lindale which is where one of the church arsonists was from.
I imagined she must have climbed a fence to get in there but maybe she was forgotten in a squad car and retaliated against an incompetent cop.
Her eye liner and died black hair doesn't make her a criminal but she may have a better impression w/ the judge if she goes for a more clean cut look. We are not talking race discremenation here.
In the same way most people would tuck their boxers back in their jeans and not come in saggin looking like a wanna be gansta before they go explaining things to a judge.
This post about this girl is the least of this girls and her parents problems at this point. Also unlike a news article we are perfectly willing to make factual corrections and hear the other side of the story.
It's really good she was caught at 19 doing this. The anger she must have to go to this extreme is something she needs to deal with while she is still young so things start improving for her from here.

If you dress and act like a moron I reserve the right to treat you that way. Being black is not behavior, dressing and acting like a social reject is! Any individual has the perfect right to cloth themselves however they wish, but the rest of us have the perfect right to make a few assumptions on the basis of what we see. I don't know what this gal's issue is, and I hope she gets some help, but grow up Kevin. You're better than this… I assume.
